1700s Indenture

An old document is discovered at a yard sale on the East Coast and is purchased by a curious person who has no idea how to make sense of the old script. Painstaking transcription reveals that the document is an indenture, written in the County of Stafford, England in 1735, and refers to an inn that is yet in existence today!
